How do I mirror my screen in a meeting room?
Windows
Select Action Center from the right side of the taskbar (the notification icon).
Select Connect from the pop-up menu.
You may have to select Expand in the Action Center to see the Connect option.
Select the screen from the list.
Alternatively, you can connect via the following method:
Select Action Center from the right side of the taskbar (the notification icon).
Select Project from the pop-up menu.
You may have to select Expand in the Action Center to see the Project option.
Select Connect to a Wireless Display.
Select the screen from the list.
To stop mirroring your Windows device, select Disconnect on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
macOS/iPadOS/iOS
Connect to the meWIFI network
Accept the Terms & Conditions and Connect
Open Control Center:
On macOS: Click on the Control Center icon in the menu bar.
On iPhone X or later or iPad with iPadOS 13 or later: Swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
On iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS 11 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.
Select Screen Mirroring.
Select the screen from the list.
If an AirPlay passcode appears on the screen, enter the passcode on your device.
To stop mirroring your device, open Control Center, select Screen Mirroring, then select Stop Mirroring.
